Representative aggregation pH data, multiple experiments give an initial average endosomal pH of which dropped to an average of upon addition of cAMP ( experiments). The pH was calculated from the ratio of Oregon Green 514 emission (554 nm) to the Quantum Dot emission (653 nm) based on the calibration of the sensors. The largest source of error is the limits of 95% prediction interval of the linear calibration of the sensors.
