Scaled Intensity versus time for thioflavin T intensity measurements. The intensity of the emission from 10 μM Thioflavin T with 0.5 mg/mL α-synuclein at 520 nm was recorded for 23 hours. The intensity was scaled by the blank measurement, and the Thioflavin T reference was subtracted from the test intensity measurement. The data shown is the average of the intensity from the two wells.
