CPW symmetrically loaded with an ELC resonator etched in the back side of the substrate. The orientation between the CPW and the resonator is determined by the rotation angle ; the line axis is perfectly aligned with the resonator electric wall for = 0° (a) and with the resonator magnetic wall for = 90° (b). CPW dimensions are = 0.78 mm and = 2 mm, corresponding to a 50 Ω line. ELC dimensions are = 4 mm, = = = = 0.2 mm, and = = 10 mm. The substrate is Rogers RO3010 with = 1.27 mm and = 11.2.
