Highly Responsive UV Light Sensors Using Mg-Doped ZnO Nanoparticles

XRD spectra of different levels of Mg doping in ZnO NPs. The results clearly show that all the major peaks correspond to ZnO. There is a systematic broadening of FWHM with an increase in doping concentration.
