Highly Responsive UV Light Sensors Using Mg-Doped ZnO Nanoparticles

UV-Vis spectroscopy of samples with pure and different concentrations of Mg-doped ZnO. The results give a clear indication of direct band emission, in UV region, for all the samples. There is also a systematic shift towards higher wavelength for UV emission. Minor peaks around 475 nm can be the defect related deep-level emission peaks [13].
