Supplementary Material
Melanocytes derived from dysplastic naevus (DNMC) and normal adjacent skin (MC) of 18 different patients were subjected to mass spectrometry analysis in order to find proteins that were differentially expressed between both melanocyte sample groups. Mass fingerprint and MS/MS data were searched against the human protein database and resulted in the annotation of 70 proteins.
