The CD31 and CD105 Chalkley counts did not follow the normal distribution (Kolmogorov-Smirnov = 0.12, 𝑃<0.0001, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov = 0.10, 𝑃=0.002, resp.). Therefore, K-W (=Kruskal-Wallis) test has been applied.
