Interaction between Chromosomal Protein HMGB1 and DNA Studied by DNA-Melting Analysis

Circular dichroism spectra of the HMGB1/DNA complex obtained at different temperatures in the range of 20–90^°C. The concentration of DNA in sample was 30 μg/mL, and the concentration of HMGB1 was 15 μg/mL. The complexes were prepared in 0.25 mM EDTA/0.2 mM NaCl solution. The optical path length was 1 cm.
