An Fc Gamma Receptor-Mediated Upregulation of the Production of Interleukin 10 by Intravenous Immunoglobulin in Bone-Marrow-Derived Mouse Dendritic Cells Stimulated with Lipopolysaccharide In Vitro

IVIG induced hyperphosphorylation of ERK1/2 and downregulated p38 MAPK phosphorylation in BMDC stimulated with LPS. Cells were stimulated with LPS (500 ng/mL) in the presence or absence of  IVIG (10 mg/mL) for 15 min. Cell lysates were incubated with specific antibodies against NFκ-B, ERK1/2, p38 MAPK, and JNK and their phosphorylated forms and were analyzed by respective immunoblottings.
