Effects of MeHg on the spinal cord layers of embryos at E10. Proliferating cells labeled with anti-phosphohistone H3 (arrows) were observed in the ependymal, mantle, and marginal layers of the control and MeHg-treated embryos. The square in the ependymal control embryo represents the negative control of immunohistochemical reaction.
