Neuroprotective Effects of Alpha-Mangostin on MPP<sup>+</sup>-Induced Apoptotic Cell Death in Neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y Cells

<div>Effect of alpha-mangostin on cell viability of SH-SY5Y cells. After exposure of cells to various concentrations of alpha-mangostin (<i>α</i>-M) for 24 hours, cell viability was assessed with MTT assay. Vehicle was DMSO that was used to dissolve MTT.
