IFN-γ production by PBMC induced by SEB (a), PPD (b), M. leprae (c), and ML1601c recombinant protein (d) in MB (𝑛=11), PB (𝑛=11), HHC (𝑛=19), TB (𝑛=8), and EC (𝑛=17) from Brazil as well as in Dutch NEC (𝑛=21). For NEC, PHA was used instead of SEB. Values were corrected for background values. All background values were typically <20 pg/mL. Horizontal bars indicate median responses.
