The Effect of Chronic Candesartan Therapy on the Metabolic Profile and Renal Tissue Cytokine Levels in the Obese Zucker Rat

Area under the curve was higher for the obese rats compared to the lean, and a significant interaction was found between body type and treatment by 2-way ANOVA ($P<.05$).
