iNOS protein expression in bone marrow macrophages from wild-type and DUSP1-deficient mice. Bone marrow-derived macrophages differentiated from wild-type (DUSP1+/+ and DUSP1-deficient (DUSP1−/−) mice were incubated with LPS (10 ng/mL) for 24 h, and iNOS protein was measured by Western blot. The gels are representatives of three separate experiments with similar results. Chemiluminescent signal was quantified, and iNOS expression was normalized to actin.
