1,25 vit D3 does not suppress PMA-induced H2O2 generation in adult or neonatal neutrophils. Adult (a) and neonatal (b) neutrophils (5 × 104 cells) were incubated with Amplex Red (25  M) and horseradish peroxidise and then treated with PMA (500 nM) or medium control, in the presence or absence of 1,25-vit D3 (10−7 M).
