Administration of PGRN maintained the body weight and survival of ALI mice. Groups of mice were challenged with LPS and treated with PGRN 30 min later. The tPGRN represented that PGRN was administered twice at 40 h intervals. Three days after LPS challenge, the mice were assayed for their body weight relative to the baseline (a) and survival (b).
