Detection of histamine H1 receptor mRNA by RT-PCR for 40 cycles of amplification from inferior turbinate, primary cultured human nasal epithelial cells, and primary cultured human vascular endothelial cells. RNA was extracted, RT-PCR performed using H1 receptor primers, demonstrating 497 bp fragment. Lane M: 100 bp ladder. Lane 1: PCR products from total RNA of human inferior turbinate.
