Intratracheal administration of OA failed to induce inflammation in TLR4 mutant C57B10/ScCr mice. Neutrophil (a) and protein (b) accumulation in BALF 24 h after stimulation of C57B10/ScCr (white bars) or C57B10 (dark bars) with OA and LPS. Control animals received PBS.
