Western blot analysis of influence of LY294002 on thrombin- and trypsin-induced phosphorylation of AKT in purified T cells. LY294002 (LY, 20 μM) was preincubated with T cells at 37°C for 30 min before 3.0 μg/mL of thrombin and 0.3 μg/mL of trypsin being added for 0.5, 2, and 6 h.
