Association of IL-6 serum level with the status of Tregs/Th17 in analyzed DM1 subjects. The level of IL-6 was measured in the blood of DM1 children and correlated with the peripheral status of Tregs and Th17 cells. The Spearman test was used to calculate the strength of correlation.
