Interleukin-22 Inhibits Bleomycin-Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis

IL-22 is downregulated in lungs from bleomycin-treated mice. (a) Total protein level of IL-22 in lung homogenates was determined by western blotting and analyzed by densitometry compared to GADPH expression. The same amounts of total protein are loaded in each lane. Experiments were performed twice with similar results, with the same amounts of total protein loaded in each lane.
