Leptin secretion from primary human myotubes and adipocytes. Primary human skeletal muscle cells and preadipocytes were differentiated in vitro for 6 and 14 days, respectively. Supernatants were collected on day 2/6 and day 0/14 of differentiation, respectively. Leptin secretion was measured by ELISA (R&D Systems), . Samples were measured according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
