Expression of hepatic TNF-α. Protein was isolated from livers of C57BL/6J (B6), Nlrp3^−/−, and  Nlrc4^−/− mice fed Lieber-DeCarli ethanol-containing diet (EtOH-Fed) or pair-fed controls (Pair-Fed). Expression of hepatic TNF-α was measured. The values are the means ± SEM and normalized with protein concentration in the homogenate for 𝑛=4–6 mice per group. Values represent the mean ± SEM with **𝑃<0.05, ***𝑃<0.001 by Student’s 𝑡-test.
