Administration of the Tim-1 vector decreased proinflammatory cytokines in Behçet’s disease (BD) mice. Serum was isolated from blood at 2 weeks after the first injection of the Tim-1 vector. The levels of interleukin (IL)-17, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, IL-6, interferon (IFN)-γ, and IL-4 were analyzed in the sera of Tim-1 and control vector injected BD mice by ELISA (~11) (**).
