Generation of IL-8 and IL-9 Producing CD4+ T Cells Is Affected by Th17 Polarizing Conditions and AHR Ligands

Effect of Th17 polarizing conditions on the cytokine secretion of CD4+ T cells. Human CD4+ T cells were cultured with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 with or without Th17 polarizing conditions for five days. The concentration of the indicated cytokines in the cell culture supernatant was measured by CBA (IL-17A, IL-9, IL-8, IFN-γ) and ELISA (IL-22).
