FICZ and ITE inhibit Th1 and Th17 cell polarization by CD4+T cells from BD patients and normal controls. Purified CD4+T cells from active BD patients ( ) and normal controls ( ) were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 and rIL-23 in the presence or absence of FICZ (100 nmol/L) or ITE (100 nmol/L) for 6 days.
