A Natural Flavonoid Glucoside, Icariin, Regulates Th17 and Alleviates Rheumatoid Arthritis in a Murine Model

Icariin decreases Th17 cells and represses IL-17 production in vitro. CD4+ T cells from the spleens of mice were cultured under Th17 cell-inducing conditions with or without icariin (10 μM/L).
