Effects of adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) on Tregs, IL-4 or IFN-γ producing T cells, and gene expression of IDO and TGF-β. (a) ASCs treatment significantly increased the frequency of Tregs. IL-4+CD4+ T cells (b) were significantly decreased, but IFN-γ +CD4+ T cells (c) were significantly increased by ASCs treatment.
