Ct was calculated using -actin as internal control. Data was presented as average ± standard deviation. The experiment was performed three times for each condition. For primary cells, the results shown were the averaged Ct of three different batches of cells. “Submerged” refers to submerged-cultured cells at 80–90% confluence. “Airlifted” refers to airlifted culture at 10 days. ND stands for nondetected.
