AhR expression in CRE-treated human lung fibroblasts. (a) AhR expression in WI-38 was detected using antibody against AhR (red line) and IgG2 (blue line) by flow cytometry. (b-c) Fibroblasts were treated with different doses of TCDD (0.1 nM and 1 nM) for 2 to 48 hours; expressions of cyp1a1 (b) and cyp1b1 (c) were examined by RT-PCR. (d) Fibroblasts were treated with 50 μg/mL CRE for 2–48 hours and AhR expression was examined by RT-PCR.
