Cell survival rate at various concentrations of 2-Cl-IB-MECA. HT-29 cells were treated with various concentrations of 2-Cl-IB-MECA (5 nM to 1000 nM) for 12 hours, before cell viability was measured by using a CCK-8 assay. Compared with the NC group, the cell viability of each group showed no significant difference (), except for the 1000 nM group (). Data are shown as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments.
