Changes in the expression levels of five NF-κB subunits, NFKB1 (nuclear factor kappa B1), NFKB2 (nuclear factor kappa B2), RELA (v-rel avian reticuloendotheliosis viral oncogene homolog A), RELB (v-rel avian reticuloendotheliosis viral oncogene homolog B), and c-Rel (cellular counterpart of the v-Rel oncogene) in breast cancer MCF-7 cells treated with increasing concentrations (2 μg, 50 μg, and 200 μg) of sponge extract compared to those of untreated cells.
