Hydrogen-Rich Saline Protects against Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury in Grafts after Pancreas Transplantations by Reducing Oxidative Stress in Rats

Changes in insulin (a), amylase (b), and lipase (c) serum concentrations in rats exposed to various treatments. As with the results of oxidative stress after I/R injury, the levels of insulin were decreased, whereas the levels of amylase and lipase were increased. The treatment with hydrogen-rich saline reverted those parameters to basal levels. compared with the SO group; compared with the HPT + NS group.
