Effect of TLR4/MyD88 Signaling Pathway on Expression of IL-1 and TNF- in Synovial Fibroblasts from Temporomandibular Joint Exposed to Lipopolysaccharide

LPS induced TLR4 and MyD88 expression in SFs. SFs were treated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 6 h or 12 h. Cell lysates were collected (at 12 h) for analyzing the protein expression of TLR4 and MyD88 (a) by Western blot. Total RNAs were extracted (at 6 h) for detecting mRNAs of TLR4 and MyD88 (b) by real-time quantitative PCR. Data shows all the values from independent samples of , versus nonstimulated control.
