Inflammatory protein mediator heat map analysis of innate immune cells in response to plasma from septic swine in vitro. The production of 18 different inflammatory proteins by human M1 and M2 macrophages and neutrophils (NEU) was induced in vitro with plasma from swine taken at 3 hrs and 6 hrs intervals following initiation of treatment for septic injury induced at (T = NPT; C = SOC).
