Thrombin (thr), FXa, FVIIa, and plasmin (Plm) can signal via different combinations of PARs, coreceptors (e.g., <i>α</i><sub>9</sub><i>β</i><sub>1</sub>-integrin), and adaptors (e.g., annexin A2). Modulation of signalling may also involve PAR dimerization.</div>
