C57BL/6 and A/J Mice Have Different Inflammatory Response and Liver Lipid Profile in Experimental Alcoholic Liver Disease

Liver alterations in B6 and A/J mice supplemented with ethanol. Liver sections were obtained from B6 and A/J mice fed with HFD, HFDM, or HFDE for 10 weeks. Liver sections were formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded before HE staining. Arrowheads point to inflammatory cell infiltrates (magnification 40x) (a).
