Comparison of SNOT-20-GAV scores before and after IV-antibiotic therapy in CF and in healthy controls. In CF a significant decrease was shown during therapy from a median of 26 points to 19 points () which was still elevated (n.s.) compared to healthy controls (median: 3 points).
