The relative expression levels of TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA in lesion, paralesion, and normal hepatic tissues by qRT-PCR. The expression levels of TLR2 mRNA in lesion tissues were markedly higher than those in paralesion and normal tissues (, , resp.), and there was no statistical significance between paralesion group and normal group (). TLR4 mRNA expression levels were markedly elevated in lesion tissues as compared with those in normal tissues (). Expression level of TLR4 mRNA is decreased in paralesion group as compared with lesion group and increased when comparing with normal tissues, although no statistical differences were found between them ().
