Lysosome and Cytoskeleton Pathways Are Robustly Enriched in the Blood of Septic Patients: A Meta-Analysis of Transcriptomic Data

<div>Selection of existing GEO series. A total of 25 GEO series in human were obtained using the key word “sepsis” and only 9 series met the criteria. We included 6 out of 9 series, which used whole blood samples, 3 series which used other tissue types (PBMC, muscle, and HMVEC) were excluded.</div>
