Four RF positive RA serum samples were incubated with DTT for 60 min; all or most of the IgM RF were eliminated. The concentrations of IgM RF (IU/mL) were measured by ELISA. (b) Levels of κ/λ hybrid antibodies of RA serum before and after being eliminated with IgM RF. Removing IgM RF completely showed little influence on the levels of serum κ/λ hybrid antibodies.
