Effects of AE on phosphor-NF-κB and phosphor-JNK expressions after I/R in rats. Phosphor-NF-κb and phosphor-JNK were analyzed by western blot. Identical results were obtained in 5 separate rat hearts at each time point. Normalization of western blot was ensured by β-actin.
