Bigelovii A Protects against Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Acute Lung Injury by Blocking NF-κB and CCAAT/Enhancer-Binding Protein δ Pathways

Figure 10

Effect of Bigelovii A on NF-κB activation and C/EBPδ expression during LPS-induced acute lung injury. Lung injury was induced by intratracheal administration of LPS. 3 h later, total proteins were extracted from whole lung tissues, and Western blot were performed by using antibodies against NF-κB p-p65, C/EBPδ, and GAPDH, respectively. Mice receiving Vehicle and PBS treatment were considered as negative controls, and mice treated by Vehicle plus LPS were used as positive control.
