Effects of SIE on the FcεRI signaling pathways in RBL-2H3 mast cells. In the FcεRI signaling pathway, immunoblot analysis was performed by using (a) anti-p-Syk, p-Lyn, p-Fyn, and p-PLCγ1 and (b) p-ERK, p-JNK, p-MEK1/2, p-Akt, and p-IkBα antibodies. Results are expressed as of at least five independent experimental results, tested by analysis of variance using Bonferroni’s post hoc test; and considered as indicative of significant differences versus the control group and , , and as indicative of significant differences versus the IgE/Ag-treated group. NS: nonsignificant at the 0.05 probability level.
