Sorrel Extract Reduces Oxidant Production in Airway Epithelial Cells Exposed to Swine Barn Dust Extract In Vitro

<div>Catalase activity is enhanced in NHBE cells exposed to DE. NHBE cells were exposed to media, media+5% DE, NAC, NAC+5% DE, sorrel, and sorrel+5% DE (7 h). After exposure, cells were lysed and protein was extracted.
