A 2 mm thick polypropylene package (0.32 × 0.23 × 0.18 m) with a perforation of 3.0 × 10−3 m in diameter and 2.0 × 10−3 m in length that contained 0.35 kg of spinach at 10°C was used. The value on the upper right part of each panel is the maximum time step.
