Modeling, Optimization, and Verification for Complex Systems
Description
The increasing complexity of hardware/software systems inspires engineers and academics in seeking ways to automate design process. System modeling tends to have many complex features, uncertainty influencing many important aspects, and complications. It is challenge to construct an unchanging mathematical model. Intelligent modeling is a prospective discipline merging mathematical approach and computer technology. It embeds novel frontier sciences and technologies, such as neural networks, automatic modeling and verification, and computer simulation. Mathematical modeling and verification have been applied to many engineering fields.
We invite authors to contribute original research and review articles that are related to the abstract model and formal verification. We are interested in articles describing the modeling, optimization, and formal verification strategies, ranging from theoretical investigation to realistic applications.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Data modeling, performance modeling, intelligent signal processing, adaptive modeling, machine learning, genetic algorithm, and intelligent computing
- Abstract modeling, performance modeling, optimal modeling, adaptive algorithm, programming, and computational methods
- Formal modeling formal verification, theorem proving, abstract and logic reasoning, model checking, and applications
