Stochastic Systems: Modeling, Optimization, and Applications
Description
Many stochastic systems, such as switching systems, Markovian jumping systems, jumping neural networks, T-S fuzzy jumping systems, and network control systems, have arisen naturally in the mathematical modeling of phenomena spanning disciplines in the social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering. Much attention has been given to modeling, control optimization, robust filtering, signal processing, and real applications of such stochastic dynamical systems in the literature in recent years.
We invite authors to contribute original research articles as well as review articles related to all aspects of stability, stabilization, optimization, filtering, and signal processing for stochastic systems. All the submissions are expected to have original ideas and new approaches. Of particular interest are papers devoted to the development of advanced optimization methods for direct or indirect use in engineering. Papers presenting computational issues, search strategies, and modeling and solution techniques to practical problems are also welcome. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Stochastic switching systems
- Markovian jumping systems
- Neural network modeling and optimization
- Fuzzy control and optimization
- Network control systems
- Stochastic signal processing
- The relevant optimization algorithms and applications
