Formulation and Particle Size Reduction Improve Bioavailability of Poorly Water-Soluble Compounds with Antimalarial Activity

<table>Different ratios of polyvinylpyrrolidone 10 (PVP 10) to DQ were chosen in the presence of phosphatidylcholine (PC : DQ = 2 : 1, w/w).  After removal of solvents, the dry film was suspended in water and subjected to particle size reduction by sonication and then HPH.  </table>
