Complementary EphA4 and ephrin-B3 in situ hybridization expression patterns. On embryonic day E14.5 EphA4 and ephrin-B3 are complementary expressed in the basal telencephalon of mouse brains. Based on these expression patterns several predictions about the functional role of these wiring molecules on interneuron migration could be made (see text for details). Scale bar: 100 μm.
